The Company reported total revenue of $253,421 in the first quarter ended September 30, 2004 compared to $248,898 in the prior year’s comparable first quarter. “Per-patient tested” rental revenue derived from the CVProfilor^® DO-2020 System was $118,148 in the quarter ended September 30, 2004 compared to $89,896 in the quarter ended September 30, 2003 (31% increase). The Company incurred a net loss of $434,479 in the quarter ended September 30, 2004, or $(.02) per share, compared with a net loss of $457,185 in the quarter ended September 30, 2003, or $(.03) per share. The Company reported a cash balance of $1,174,596 on September 30, 2004.
