	Hypertension Diagnostics Announces FY 2004 Results ST. PAUL, MN – September 29, 2004 – Hypertension Diagnostics, Inc. (OTC: HDII.OB), today announced financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004. Revenue for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004 totaled $1,074,515 compared to $775,336 in the prior year ended June 30, 2003, which represents a 39 per cent increase from the prior year. The Company incurred a net loss of $(1,839,949) for fiscal year 2004 or $(0.08) per share compared with a net loss of $(3,802,381) for fiscal year 2003 or $(0.45) per share. The Company reported a cash balance on June 30, 2004 of $1,378,293.
