For the nine month period ended March 31, 2004, total revenue was $693,140, compared to $525,884 for the same period one year ago. For the nine month period ended March 31, 2004, the Company incurred a net loss of $(1,486,882), or $(.07) per share, compared with a net loss of $(2,439,332), or $(.31) per share, for the same period one year ago. The Company reported a cash balance on March 31, 2004 of $1,205,665.
